Kevin is an experienced cold water therapy instructor with unwavering commitment to individual needs, attention to detail and takes an empathetic approach.

 Kevin has a proven personal track record of guiding over 3000 clients into the cold over the past 4 + years, he is dedicated to providing an unparalleled and transformative cold water therapy instructor training experience.

This course will ensure that individuals not only learn but thrive in the invigorating challenge of cold water therapy coaching. We prioritise safety, efficacy and individualised progress, and a comprehensive understanding of the physiological, biochemical and psychological benefits of cold water exposure.
